new kicks
it has been that time again for some time now. that is, time for new shoes. i've always been in the habit of wearing shoes out completely (or more than that even) and then buying new ones. it's hard for me to find shoes that fit well. once i find a pair that does, i stick with them for awhile. my last pair lasted three years. i wish they'd have lasted longer. i still have a pair of shoes that i bought BEFORE i went to boot camp. that makes them 10 years old this summer. they are, hands down, the most comfortable atire my feet have ever known. my last pair have disappointed me in their falling apart so quickly.
alas, here are the new kicks. they are my first pair of pumas. there isn't much bulk to them, they are low to the ground, light weight, and black. i like them a lot. if they continue to feel great at a week's end, then i may consider buying another pair...for back-up.
some other things of note, the time on the blog site must be off. for it is past midnight thirty already. this puts me into the 30th of march. but this post (because of the blog's time being off) appears under the 29th of march. no big deal. also, the andy osenga concert was a blast. i really like his music and more importantly, i like him as an individual. there was excellent company too. and nintendo. hand and foot was had at village inn afterwards. and the rain inspired a new answer phone message on the way home. now, it's bed time. i have the windows open hoping to hear some rain tonight. sleep well all. cheers . . ..
