it started falling as i was coming to work, say, around 3ish. i left work at 10 and there was about an inch and a half, more in drifted areas. scraping of the windows was necessary because of the thin (but very tough) layer of ice that covered them. it was cold, and windy, and scraping ice off windows isn't usually what i tell people i love to do. so i drove over to ben's car and began scraping his windows. i'm sure he wanted to get home after a day's work, and ben taylor (his brother-in-law) was moving in. i thought it would be nice for ben to just come out and have joy that his car was already cleaned off.
he caught me in the act. which was great, because we then had a chance to talk. then ben drove home, and i raced all over town on the icy streets. ha ha! i love to fly around corners on slick streets, using the E brake, and giving gas when needed. speedracer scottie b! you can bet, i'll be doing the same today too.
i wish i owned a camera, for it was beautiful last night and i'd loved to have captured some of that. i also wish there was a track of sorts where people could take their own vehicles and do some racing, like they have in arizona and other states. oh well. it's already been good today and the remainder feels like it too. i hope yours is amazing. cheers . . ..
