this is the link to the letter. apparently a government agency sent a letter to a man who owned some land near a stream and small pond. the problems addressed seem quite valid until you read the gentleman's response - which is absolutely HILARIOUS!
oh, and i'm putting the quotes back at the bottom. turns out i like them there better after all. cheers . . ..
