when i came into work the other day, my manager called for me. she gave me a note to read that a customer had brought into the restaurant. it read, "hi scottie. please give me a call. xxx-xxxx" the x's are her phone number. my manager says the customer came in asking if i was working, said i was really nice, and then gave the note. so um... wow!
this makes it the second time a customer has "hit on me" while i've been at davinci's. the other time, i was at the front counter and i was very bluntly asked if i had any interest in the customer. geesh!
if anyone is wondering, i don't have any intentions of pursuing these women. my heart does feel for their loneliness, and desperation of sorts. i do respect them asking and i am hopeful they will find someone, or someone will find them. i've done my best to tell them this and let them down as softly as i can.

It must be tremendously flattering though to have the attention! Ah well. Let me know when is a good time to call you - am making a whole bunch of changes in my life - not sure if it's a good idea yet or not, but I feel like I need to do them!!
